transparent progression rules. Lifters can log from iPhone, Android, Apple Watch,
or Wear OS; import supported training history; calculate plate loading; review
progress; and export their data without creating an account for core use.

LONG DESCRIPTION
Massiv is a strength-training workout tracker for people who follow structured
lifting programs. It includes 17 built-in programs and supports custom routines.
Users can log sets, repetitions, weight, RPE, and notes; apply rule-based
progression; calculate plate loading from available equipment; and review workout
history, personal records, estimated one-rep maxes, and training volume.

Core workout logging works offline and does not require an account. Massiv can
import supported CSV exports from Strong, Hevy, Fitbod, StrongLifts, and Jefit,
and it supports CSV and JSON data export. Training data is stored locally by
default. Optional Pro cloud backups are encrypted on the device before upload.

Massiv is available for Android and iPhone, with companion workout logging on
Apple Watch and Wear OS. It supports English and Spanish. A free version is
available, with Massiv Pro offered through monthly, annual, and one-time purchase
options.
