QUIET BY DESIGN

Your workout is not content.

Massiv keeps the gym calm and clear: today's session, your numbers, and the next set. A real program, not an empty tracker.

Your workout stays private, your progress stays understandable, and your attention stays on the set in front of you.

HOW IT WORKS

Massiv handles the details between sets.

1

Weights match the equipment in front of you.

Massiv uses your program, current numbers, and equipment list to choose the next target. Plate math adjusts barbell work to what you can actually load.

2

Every hard set feeds your progress view.

Heavy singles, rep PRs, and higher-rep sets all count toward your strength trend. Massiv handles the estimates and shows progress in a way that is easy to read.

3

Real patterns guide plan changes.

Massiv reviews recent sessions before suggesting a training max change. Rough days, missed reps, and standout PRs stay in context, and you stay in control of every adjustment.

Rest timing stays visible.

BEFORE YOU ASK

The questions we get most.

How is Massiv different from a basic workout logger?
Massiv starts with the program you chose, tells you what to lift today, carries your numbers forward, and updates future sessions when your plan calls for it.
How does Massiv make recommendations?
Massiv uses clear rules based on your own workout history, program, and equipment, so you can see why the app recommends a change.
Can I import from my current app?
Yes. Bring over your history from Strong, Hevy, Fitbod, StrongLifts, FitNotes, or Jefit. Massiv imports your workouts, units, exercises, PRs, and trends so your history is ready on day one.
Does the plate calculator use my actual plates?
Yes. Set your bar, plates, and dumbbells once, and Massiv rounds prescribed weights to what you can actually load. Massiv adjusts the target to plates your gym actually has.
What's free and what's Pro?
Free includes every built-in program, workout history, exercise analytics, imports and exports, rest timer, plate calculator, watch logging, PRs, achievements, and up to five custom exercises. Automatic progression is free for your first 30 days.

Pro adds the full program builder, unlimited custom exercises, muscle distribution analytics, body measurement and photo tracking, monthly recaps, and period comparisons.
What progression methods are supported?
Massiv supports beginner linear plans, AMRAP programs, multi-week strength waves, GZCLP, Texas Method, and manual overrides. In plain English: it can handle most serious strength and hypertrophy plans while keeping the math handled for you.
What are achievements?
Achievements are optional milestones for consistency, PRs, lifetime volume, variety, and level progress. They mark real training progress inside your private log.
What happens to my data if I delete the app?
Your data stays local by default. You can export a full backup any time and re-import it later. Auto-backups use your phone's normal cloud sync, and body photos stay device-only unless you choose otherwise.
Is there a web version?
Massiv is phone-first because the training loop happens at the rack. A read-only web dashboard for reviewing history may come later, but logging is built for your phone and watch.
Family Sharing or shared subscriptions?
Yes on iOS through Family Sharing for the annual plan. On Android, purchases are tied to one Google account.
